STREET PARADE ENTRANTS
KEY INFORMATION -For entering the Mega Street Parade.
- STREET PARADE ENTRY REGISTRATION AND MARSHALLING FROM 8.30AM TO 9.45AM
- OPEN TO ALL VEHICLES / MOTORCYCLES etc Do you have a vehicle/ Motorbike/ Tractor etc that you think is special? Join us in the Parade!
- (Conditions Apply, please see the Street Parade Rules below)
- Entry Fee for the Parade is : FREE
- All entrants with their vehicles shall marshal between 8.30am & 9.45am Saturday morning in Percy Street in front of the Wellington Public School.
- Everyone is expected to follow the instructions given by Parade Marshals for quick, efficient and safe positioning.
- The vehicle driver will need to have a valid driver’s license and vehicle registration papers on the day.
- To help speed things up at registration you can pre-print the entry form below to hand in on the day.
Marshall's will also have copies available on the day.

MARKET STALL HOLDERS
- No need to book just turn up-
- Cost of having a stall- Pay the entry fee of $10 per adult at gate - then the site fee is $20.00. This will be collected by Rotarians / Marshalls once set up is completed.
- You must have your insurance paperwork etc to show the Marshalls
- If you require a hand to set up let the Marshalls know and they can assist you.
- Gates will be open for setup FROM SUNDAY AT 7.00AM
- Please NO tent pegs as there is underground irrigation, please use other means to secure you tent.
- VINTAGE FAIR ENTRY FEE
$10 for adults
$5 child (5-16 years)
Under 5 free - Gates for the Fair on Sunday open to the General Public at 8am.

EXHIBITORS
- The driver / owner of the vehicle/ truck / motor / item on display enters the Vintage Fair for FREE and passengers pay the entry fee.
- Gates will be open on Saturday between 2pm - 7pm and from 7am on Sunday for set up.
- *All Exhibitors are invited to enter the Mega Street Parade on Saturday 3rd March- Entry in the parade if FREE!

ROTARY WELLINGTON VINTAGE FAIR - STREET PARADE RULES
PARTICIPATION IN THE PARADE IS AT THE DISCRETION OF THE MARSHAL
- We would like Everyone to have fun
- The entries described on your application shall be the only entry that will be allowed into the parade.
- Each vehicle shall designate one contact person; this person must be in the parade on the day and shall ensure that the vehicle and participants comply with the parade rules.
- All children passengers under the age of 18 have their parent/guardian’s consent to ride in the vehicle.
- All entries shall comply with all rules and procedures regarding staging/line up as directed by the Parade Marshall or assistants.
- Vehicles and fittings shall comply with any and all applicable laws, regulations and standards.
- Vehicles must be able to safely negotiate the parade route and be capable of maintaining a minimum a speed of 6 kph, all entries must be able to maintain their speed and position throughout the parade.
- NO VEHICLE(S) SHALL LEAVE THE PARADE, WHILST PARTICIPATING IN THE PARADE. If you commence the parade, you must finish the parade. Failure to comply with this rule will result in no future participation in the parade.
- The distance between vehicles shall be kept at a safe distance with no overtaking.
- No objects may be thrown, handed, or tossed from any vehicle while participating in the parade.
- Nothing shall be done to encourage or entice children or parade spectators into the street or the parade route.
- Possession and/ or consumption of alcoholic drinks is prohibited.
- No participant shall get on or off a moving vehicle.
- Any entrant not conforming to the regulations and requirements or any entrant refusing to follow instructions of the police or parade marshal may be removed from the parade
- Applicants shall obey all applicable laws. All drivers shall be properly licensed for the vehicle they are driving. All required and /or safety devices required for that particular vehicle must be available and operational.
- All entrants with their vehicles shall marshal between 8.30am & 9.45am. All vehicles shall Marshall in Percy Street in front of the Public School, on Saturday March 2 2024, and shall follow instructions given by parade marshals for quick, efficient and safe positioning.
- The vehicle driver shall have a valid driver’s license and vehicle registration papers and present these to the marshal on the day.
